Vision and Values

We are a church in and for the community of Lapworth and beyond.

We are a group of Bible-believing Christians of all ages whose lives have been transformed by the power and grace of God.

We exist to worship and enjoy God together; to love, serve and support one another; and to spread the hope-filled, life-giving good news about Jesus to all.

Like Christ we seek to welcome everybody, help the needy, care for the vulnerable, lift up the downtrodden, and reach out to the lost, overlooked and despised.

Vision 

We long to be a church filled with mature, passionate, disciple-making disciples who savour, serve and spread Christ.

Values

Because of God’s grace to us in Christ, and by His power in us through the Holy Spirit, we seek to be:

• A people who Gather to worship God, learn from his word and encourage one another
• A people who Grow in our faith, hope, obedience and love
• A people who Give of our time, talents and treasure
• A people who Go in God’s power to do good to everyone, spread the gospel everywhere, and make disciples of all nations
